Alarm and security expert, KAMIC Security introduces WebWayOne, a fully monitored alarm transmission with both IP and GPRS. WebWayOne means a secure connection and a constant monitoring of status and accessibility in real time. WebWayOne meets the qualifications of Alarm class 3.
WebWayOne gives a fully monitored alarm transmission with both IP and GPRS. The primary channel, which normally is IP, is monitored by short intervals and the secondary channel is monitored by longer intervals. The intervals are adjustable. If the primary channel fails the secondary channel is monitored by short intervals and the failed channel gets into recovery-mode and is monitored by longer intervals until it is ready to use again.
Both channels are communicating by two different servers placed in different locations to make as a secure connection as possible. It is possible to through the servers check status and accessibility on each communication channel in real time.
WebWayOne is delivered preconfigured. Before the delivery it is tested with a SIM-card that works on all networks and a module that catches existing alarm transmissions, and convert those to a format that can be transmitted with IP/GPRS. WebWayOne is preconfigured with a new alarm code that replaces the existing one. This means that no reprogramming is needed in the existing system
The only thing needed to get a functional alarm transmission is power supply and an outbound telephone line from the existing control panel. To be able to offer remote connection complemented connections could be needed, depending on brand of connected control panel. A robust metal enclosure with tamper switch for installation outside the control panel is available as an accessory.
